I wrote this book for my children, my grandchildren, and generations of posterity yet to come. This writing may not be inscribed on gold plates or cached in a pharaoh’s tomb, but I hope it is handed down from one generation to the next until the Messiah returns.

This book is half scripture commentary, half memoir, and one hundred percent testimony. I want my family, and anyone else who cares to read, to know that I have a testimony of Jesus, which is the spirit of prophecy.

My witness has not yet been sealed. But just in case my time in mortality is shorter than I anticipate, you can know that my testimony of Christ is sure and steadfast, anchored on the rock of my Redeemer.
